About Traci
Traci J. Wolf founded the law firm of Traci J. Wolf, P.C. in 1989 and the firm has been in continuous operation since then. Traci J. Wolf, P.C. is the predecessor firm to Wolf & Fox, P.C. The firm changed its name in 1999 when attorney Bryan Fox was added as a partner. Ms. Wolf received a Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Political Science/Legal Studies from the University of New Mexico in 1983, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Mexico in 1986. The majority of Ms. Wolf's legal practice has been devoted to representing the legal needs of the business community, including serving as general counsel for several local, regional and national corporations. In her capacity representing business clients, Ms. Wolf routinely handles commercial real estate transactions involving commercial development and acquisition. She also represents clients in the gaming industry and currently is in the process of being certified as a Master of Gaming Law. Ms. Wolf recently attended the G2E Gaming Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada conducted by the Global Gaming Expo and the University of Nevada Las Vegas International Gaming Institute. Representative clients of Ms. Wolf include Defined Fitness, the premier health club in New Mexico, Clear Channel Outdoor, and the Downs at Albuquerque Racetrack and Casino.
In addition to business law, Ms. Wolf handles complex domestic relations matters. Ms. Wolf has been selected by the Bernalillo County Second Judicial District Court Judges to serve as a settlement facilitator for the court. In this capacity, Ms. Wolf is frequently called upon to assist the court in settling difficult cases pending before the court. Ms. Wolf actively raises money for various charities in the community including breast cancer awareness and is a past Director of the Albuquerque Aquarium Board of Directors.
Ms. Wolf's practice also includes representing employers with regard to all employment law matters including, but not limited to issues involved in risk management, hiring, discipline, and termination. On behalf of its clients, the law firm of Wolf & Fox, P.C. actively oversees the management of over 1000 employees and when necessary, represents it clients in employment law litigation in both State and Federal Court. Ms. Wolf is a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) which is the foremost association for human resources in the Country.
