About Tracy
Tracy Miller is an attorney specializing in environmental, health care and commercial law and litigation. She has a diverse set of legal and scientific skills that are valuable in her practice, as she received a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, actively practicing as a pharmacist in Pennsylvania since 1991. Prior to law school, Ms. Miller was a clinical pharmacist in a community hospital setting, where she implemented and provided clinical services, presented medical information lectures to health care personnel, reviewed and evaluated new product implementation procedures and facilitated clinical educational sessions. She was a recipient of a Quality Valley USA Team Award in recognition of quality initiatives instituted by the pharmacy department.

- Represented corporations in hazardous waste litigation and alternative dispute resolution under CERCLA and state analogs, including motion practice, discovery and trial preparation.
- Assisted with due diligence investigations and advised clients on potential environmental risk.
- Assisted clients in obtaining insurance coverage and developing insurance programs to further manage environmental risk.
- Represented corporations and individuals involved in contract disputes and commercial collection matters.
