About Joseph

Joseph P. Trainor is the Founder of the firm and concentrates on criminal law, domestic relations (divorce law), and real estate. His philosophy toward the practice of law is simple: be precise, be aggressive and be persistent. This approach has benefited the firm's clients and made Mr. Trainor a well respected member of the New York Bar.

In addition to his Law Degree from New York Law School, Mr. Trainor earned an MPA (Master of Public Administration) from C.W. Post and has completed all course work toward a Ph.d in Political Economy from Fordham University. He was a much sought after professor of both economics and political science as an adjunct professor at Hofstra University, Mercy College, Nassau Community College and Kingsborough.

Prior to his academic and legal career, Mr. Trainor proudly served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and was a successful small business owner. He serves on the Board of Directors of the St. John's Residence for Boys in Rockaway Park, and is a well known figure in Rockaway and Massapequa. Mr. Trainor has been involved with the Massapequa Mustangs Football Organization as a coach and supporter for the past 15 years.
