About Tristan

Tristan W. Sanders is certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Family Law Mediator. He has been engaged in the practice of family law and bankruptcy in Central Florida since 1994. Mr. Sanders represents and counsels clients experiencing legal, financial and emotional hardships associated with the break-up of a marriage, as well as those needing a fresh financial start because of overwhelming debt. He provides comprehensive representation in all matters of divorce, including child custody, child support, alimony and domestic violence injunctions; as well as, paternity, and modification actions. Mr. Sanders also provides Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 solutions to individuals needing to eliminate debt and put an immediate stop to home foreclosure, wage garnishment, auto repossession, credit card debt, harassing creditors and lawsuits.

He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida, and the United States District Court, Middle District. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University (1987), and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law (1991), where he served as an Editorial Board Member of the Stetson University College of Law, Law Review. He is a member of the Central Florida Family Law Inn of Court, an organization dedicated to advancing excellence and professionalism in the family law bar.

Mr. Sanders actively serves the community through youth baseball and scouting activities. He carries this same child centered focus into his practice. His philosophy for each family law matter involving children is to efficiently identify issues, calmly resolve problems and avoid escalating the volatility of a highly emotional family situation.
