introduction
QUESTIONNAIRE
Through diligent investigation of three car accident I obtained from towing and collision shop photos of scene which furnished proof of how accident happened. By moving for summary judgment before depositions I obtained pre-deposition affidavits that contradicted subsequent deposition testimony. By obtaining full narratives and life care plan and economic narrative of economic losses including future ones case was resolved for close to three million dollars .
How did you build a successful practice?My practice was built by hard work and by timely performance of what is needed and timely communications with client building trust. Most of my clients were obtained by referrals from prior clients.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?Clients should look for a caring honest and hard working attorney always keeping the client in the loop.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?It is essential that the lawyer knows local civil practice and rules and those of the assigned judge.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?I can in general terms set forth what elements of proof is needed to win and the issues so the client understands why I will need certain information and documents to win.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?I need to know almost everything from the clients history as if you were obtaining an autobiography including family history, educational history, employment history and all the details of an accident such as what would be visualized if it was on camera plus subsequent history of medical and hospital treatment and economic pre accident and post accident analysis.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?I believe no one works harder than me even on small cases and no one pays more timely attention to detail and legal analysis as part of my work ethic and compatible desire to do more best in trying to win for my client.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?The most rewarding part of my job is doing a good job for my client and sharing and cooperating with my client our common interest in winning the case.
What are your other interests in addition to law?My other interests include politics,sports and jazz. I have been ranked number one in United States Squash in the open level and still playing including international tournaments and for the United States team multiple times.
Are you involved in your community?I have performed pro bono work many times.
