Jake graduated from law school at the University of Utah and has several years of experience working for both insurance companies and injured victims. His experience has taught him how insurance companies work, how they think, and how they defend a claim. Jake enjoys and prefers assisting people who are injured by the wrongful acts of others and holding insurance companies' feet to the fire to provide a fair resolution. Understanding the defense strategies used by insurance companies has enabled Jake to use that knowledge to assist injured parties and collect the money they deserve from insurance companies. Jake takes great pride in getting things right for his clients, down to the last detail. He takes time to explain the process to his clients so that they feel comfortable and understand what is happening with their case. Jake is licensed to practice law in Utah and Nevada. He has a wife and three children. When not working, he can be found enjoying the outdoors, walking his dogs, riding his dirt bike, or spending time with his family. He is also an avid sports fan.

After graduating from the University of Utah Law School, Corbin returned to his home town to practice law. Over the intervening years, Corbin has gained substantial experience in water law, real estate law, corporate law, criminal defense, mediation, civil litigation, and estate planning. Among Corbin’s experiences are jury trials and appeals to the Utah Supreme Court. Additionally, Corbin has represented judges before the Judicial Conduct Commission and has worked extensively with the Utah State Engineer’s office for water rights. In his free time, Corbin enjoys writing music and playing in a band. He and his wife, Heather, love spending time out of doors with their four children.

Marie has practiced in Heber Valley for 11 years, and has broad experience practicing in Wasatch County and Utah County. She enjoys working in Heber Valley, and practices law in the following areas: family law, adoptions, divorce, post-divorce modifications, water law, boundary issues, easement and property issues, child welfare, contracts, criminal defense, landlord/tenant, and general civil litigation.

After serving as an extern at the Utah Court of Appeals, Jason began his law career as general counsel for a growing Utah company with diverse subsidiaries and locations in multiples states and product sales throughout the United States and more than a dozen countries internationally. Jason understands how important the law is to business success and employs a proactive approach to legal issues. Over his career, Jason has gained substantial experience with acquisitions, banking, corporate law, contracts, employment law, finance, insurance, mining, trademarks, pricing, regulatory compliance, and trademarks. Jason has a particular interest in real estate law and is also a licensed real estate broker. Jason’s experience as a licensed real estate broker and corporate attorney provides him a strong foundation and unique ability to serve his business clients. In his free time, Jason plays drums in a local rock band and snow skis in Park City during the winter months. He and his wife, SoonHee also enjoy camping and spending time with their four children.

Addison provides services in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate Law. Because of his business background, Addison acts as Mountain View Law Group's Managing Attorney. Addison D. Larreau, originally from Seattle, Washington, grew up working with and operating businesses with his family. Addison attended Eastern Oregon University, where he was awarded Eastern’s highest honor, President’s Scholar. After graduating from Eastern with High Honors, Addison attended University of Utah College of Law, earning a a Juris Doctorate and completing the Business Planning Capstone.

Scott has represents clients who have been seriously injured in auto crashes, slip and falls, work accidents, and Social Security disability claims. Scott speaks Spanish and represents many Spanish speaking clients. Scott Lythgoe was raised in Ogden, Utah. After serving a LDS mission to Spain, Scott enrolled at Utah State University and the Air Force ROTC program. Scott was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Air Force where he flew operational combat support missions during the first and second Gulf Wars. Scott is now retired from the Utah Air National Guard. Scott earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Utah College of Law.

She also works on other business and transactional matters, including entity formation and commercial agreements. Ms. James has been licensed to practice law in Utah since 2025. Prior to joining Weber Law Group, she worked as a law clerk at a Utah law firm and at the Utah Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel. During law school she worked as a judicial extern for Justice Diana Hagen on the Utah Supreme Court and Judge Brent Bartholomew on the Utah Fourth District Juvenile Court. Ms. James also volunteered at the BYU Community Legal Clinic, was an Executive Editor of the BYU Law Review, and participated as a member of Moot Court Team. Ms. James grew up in Fort Worth, Texas but has called Utah home for many years. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband and her dog, read, and watch football.

Travis J. Phelps is a Senior Associate at Weber Law Group, PLLC. His practice primarily centers around business and civil litigation. He also works with businesses in transactional matters such as entity formation, trademarks, and commercial agreements. During law school Mr. Phelps worked at a law firm, prosecuted crimes as a senior certified law student, and engaged in business transactions with startup companies as a student-attorney at the Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic. Mr. Phelps also found time to volunteer for the IRS-VITA program where he helped low income individuals and families file their tax returns. Mr. Phelps spends much of his leisure time reading, writing, running, golfing, and analyzing financial markets.
