Michael is the Managing Partner of Legal. He is also the Principal Broker and President of Security Real Estate, LLC located in Bountiful, Utah, and Vice President of Hepworth Investment Group, LLC, which is a real estate development company.

Prior to joining Hepworth & Murray in 2016, Tyler worked in the Office of General Counsel – International for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he worked on a variety of legal matters ranging from income tax issues, immigration, real estate transactions, and employment matters. Although he enjoyed the comforts of corporate life, Tyler’s real passion is advocacy, whether in the courtroom or the across the negotiation table. Tyler earned his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he received high marks in trial advocacy and was known around school for being a bit of trial junky. While in law school he worked in the public defender’s office as a court-certified law student where he represented three criminal defendants in jury trials before he even graduated. Also during law school, he received expert training in Alternative Dispute Resolution through the nationally ranked Oregon ADR Center. Born and raised in Davis County, Tyler takes advantage of all that Utah has to offer from the great culture and entertainment found in our cities to the amazing outdoor recreation that is only an hour or so away. In his free time, Tyler enjoys being active in his community and spending time with family.

Gallian Welker & Beckstrom was founded over 30 years ago, and was originally named Gallian and Westfall, then later Gallian, Westfall, Wilcox, Welker & Olson. In recent years, Mike Westfall and Jeff Wilcox have been appointed to be District Court Judges for the state of Utah, which demonstrates the high standard of ethics and performance GWB expects in their attorneys. GWB has grown to house St George Utah Attorneys and also an office in Las Vegas, with a total of 12 attorneys. We have attorneys who are variously licensed in Utah, Nevada, Arizona, and California. I attended college at the University of Utah, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor's degree in English and French. I then attended law school at the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law, graduating in the top third of class with my juris doctorate in 2014. I took and passed the Utah State Bar Exam later that summer, and shortly thereafter I went into private practice, working primarily as family/domestic law litigator and criminal defense attorney. After nearly nine years in family law and criminal defense, I decided to move into practice areas other than family/domestic law. As a result, in November 2023, I was fortunate enough to join the highly esteemed and successful law firm of Goebel Anderson PC, where I am practicing general commercial litigation.

Originally from Colorado, Cory completed her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at Utah State University before moving on to the University of Utah for law school. She enjoys using her education and experience to help others in the Tooele community. Cory has practiced in numerous areas, including real estate, construction defect, constitutional law, family law, and more. Recently, Cory has enjoyed narrowing her practice areas to estate planning, personal injury, and public defense. Over the past few years, Cory has become even more passionate about protecting the rights of disadvantaged members of her community and has focused her criminal practice on public defense. Cory genuinely enjoys her work as the Tooele County Managing Defender and her role in elevating defense resources for all persons charged with a crime.

Josh began practicing law at the international law firm of Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago in 2002. There he focused his practice on preparation and trial before federal and state courts of cases involving a broad range of business-oriented substantive law issues. Those issues included breach of contract, torts, products liability, employment matters, construction litigation, real estate and insurance overage. From 2006 to 2012, Josh continued his litigation practice in Atlanta, most recently at Rogers & Hardin, LLP. He has experience defending financial institutions, manufacturers and sellers of consumer products and services, and other large corporate clients. He has represented them in individual suits, class actions, qui tam claims and other complex cases in venues across the nation, including courts located in Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, California, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, Texas, Delaware, New Mexico, Louisiana and Utah. Josh has also cost-effectively resolved numerous commercial disputes for clients by pursuing creative litigation strategies, and by obtaining favorable results short of trial through arbitration, mediation and negotiation. Since moving to Heber Valley in 2012, Joshua has expanded his practice to include criminal defense, estate planning and business transactions. Josh is fluent in Swedish and speaks Dutch as well. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, Georgia and Utah as well as several federal district and appellate courts across the country. Josh and his wife, Dagmar, who has a Ph.D in biomechanical engineering, are the proud parents of four children and love living in beautiful Heber Vall

After graduating from the University of Utah Law School, Corbin returned to his home town to practice law. Over the intervening years, Corbin has gained substantial experience in water law, real estate law, corporate law, criminal defense, mediation, civil litigation, and estate planning. Among Corbin’s experiences are jury trials and appeals to the Utah Supreme Court. Additionally, Corbin has represented judges before the Judicial Conduct Commission and has worked extensively with the Utah State Engineer’s office for water rights. In his free time, Corbin enjoys writing music and playing in a band. He and his wife, Heather, love spending time out of doors with their four children.

Bradley Weber is the founder and managing attorney of Weber Law Group, PLLC. His practice primarily focuses on business law, commercial litigation, and real estate. He is also experienced in personal injury and estate planning. Mr. Weber is licensed to practice law in the State of Utah, and actively litigates before state and federal courts. Mr. Weber has practiced law in Utah since 2008. After graduating from law school, he joined a major law firm in Provo, Utah where he worked in the firm’s commercial and business practice group. He also has experience working for the largest law firm in Utah County and with the offices of general counsel for numerous large enterprises along the Wasatch Front. During law school, Mr. Weber clerked for the Honorable Larry M. Boyle, United States District Court for the District of Idaho in Boise, Idaho. In 2013, Mr. Weber co-founded the law firm, Evanson Weber, PLLC, in Lehi, Utah. Since 2017, the firm was renamed Weber Law Group, PLLC. Mr. Weber graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in May 2008. He served as an Associate Editor and the Director of Relations of the Idaho Law Review. He has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah where he studied Russian and Business Management. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Weber is actively involved in his community where he has served on his city’s Planning Commission and he volunteers with the youth organization for his church. Born and raised in Boise, Idaho, he and his wife reside in Utah County with their four children.
