John has dedicated over 30 years, to serving the needs of personal injury clients in Michigan, and across the country. Some of his resilience may have come from playing Big Ten Football for coaching legend Duffy Daugherty at Michigan State University, where he was also a Rhode Scholar Candidate. His father experienced a massive heart attack and stroke due to carbon monoxide poisoning at his job. Attorney Mandy L. Kelly received her law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Prior to law school, Mrs. Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration-Pre Law from Michigan State University. Mandy previously worked for the University of Detroit Mercy’s non-profit organization, Project SALUTE, helping low-income veterans obtain military compensation and pension benefits. She has traveled the country training attorneys from other firms on how to best represent our veterans. Mrs. Kelly has focused her practice on helping disabled veterans returning home from serving our country. Zeenat Phophalia knows firsthand the challenges immigrants face when moving to a new country. Matthew Morse has been practicing employment-based immigration law for over 20 years. He has experience with many areas of Green Card processing including PERM labor applications, immigrant visa petitions, and Adjustment of Status applications.
