Originally from Colorado, Cory completed her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at Utah State University before moving on to the University of Utah for law school. She enjoys using her education and experience to help others in the Tooele community. Cory has practiced in numerous areas, including real estate, construction defect, constitutional law, family law, and more. Recently, Cory has enjoyed narrowing her practice areas to estate planning, personal injury, and public defense. Over the past few years, Cory has become even more passionate about protecting the rights of disadvantaged members of her community and has focused her criminal practice on public defense. Cory genuinely enjoys her work as the Tooele County Managing Defender and her role in elevating defense resources for all persons charged with a crime.

Taylor Percival James is an associate attorney at Weber Law Group, PLLC. Her practice is focused on civil and business litigation. She also works on other business and transactional matters, including entity formation and commercial agreements. Ms. James has been licensed to practice law in Utah since 2025. Prior to joining Weber Law Group, she worked as a law clerk at a Utah law firm and at the Utah Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel. During law school she worked as a judicial extern for Justice Diana Hagen on the Utah Supreme Court and Judge Brent Bartholomew on the Utah Fourth District Juvenile Court. Ms. James also volunteered at the BYU Community Legal Clinic, was an Executive Editor of the BYU Law Review, and participated as a member of Moot Court Team. Ms. James grew up in Fort Worth, Texas but has called Utah home for many years. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband and her dog, read, and watch football.

Bradley Weber is the founder and managing attorney of Weber Law Group, PLLC. His practice primarily focuses on business law, commercial litigation, and real estate. He is also experienced in personal injury and estate planning. Mr. Weber is licensed to practice law in the State of Utah, and actively litigates before state and federal courts. Mr. Weber has practiced law in Utah since 2008. After graduating from law school, he joined a major law firm in Provo, Utah where he worked in the firm’s commercial and business practice group. He also has experience working for the largest law firm in Utah County and with the offices of general counsel for numerous large enterprises along the Wasatch Front. During law school, Mr. Weber clerked for the Honorable Larry M. Boyle, United States District Court for the District of Idaho in Boise, Idaho. In 2013, Mr. Weber co-founded the law firm, Evanson Weber, PLLC, in Lehi, Utah. Since 2017, the firm was renamed Weber Law Group, PLLC. Mr. Weber graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in May 2008. He served as an Associate Editor and the Director of Relations of the Idaho Law Review. He has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah where he studied Russian and Business Management. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Weber is actively involved in his community where he has served on his city’s Planning Commission and he volunteers with the youth organization for his church. Born and raised in Boise, Idaho, he and his wife reside in Utah County with their four children.

Travis J. Phelps is a Senior Associate at Weber Law Group, PLLC. His practice primarily centers around business and civil litigation. He also works with businesses in transactional matters such as entity formation, trademarks, and commercial agreements. During law school Mr. Phelps worked at a law firm, prosecuted crimes as a senior certified law student, and engaged in business transactions with startup companies as a student-attorney at the Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic. Mr. Phelps also found time to volunteer for the IRS-VITA program where he helped low income individuals and families file their tax returns. Mr. Phelps spends much of his leisure time reading, writing, running, golfing, and analyzing financial markets.

Heather J. Schriever is Schriever Law's personal injury attorney and a fierce advocate for individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Tyler carries the tradition of law in the Young family into the next generation – and very successfully. After finishing his baseball career at Utah Valley State College (now U.V.U.) in 2000, graduating from University of Utah in 2002, Tyler moved on to study law at Oklahoma City University. In 2006, he received his J.D. and brought back his experience to Utah where he has since helped hundreds of personal injury clients receive the settlements they deserve. Tyler was selected as one of Utah’s top 40 trial lawyers under 40, which evidences his drive and dedication to serve his clients to every extent of the law. He has also been a major contributor to charitable and legal organizations. He currently serves on the Board of the Utah Association for Justice (formerly known as the Utah Trial Lawyers Association), where he serves on the amicus committee and membership committee. He is also a Commissioner Elect on the Utah State Bar Commission (which manages the affairs of the Utah Bar Association).
