About Victor
Victor S. Vasile was born in Beirut Lebanon on November 3, 1980. Mr. Vasile earned his undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College (B.A. 2003, magna cum laude) and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa honorary society. He earned his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law (J.D. 2006). While attending law school, Mr. Vasile served as a research assistant in the authoring of Robert Billich, et al., CLASS ACTIONS AND OTHER MULTI-PARTY LITIGATION; CASES AND MATERIALS, 2D edition, West Group (2006).
Mr. Vasile has litigation experience in both the state and federal courts of Alabama. His practice focuses primarily in the area of civil litigation, including, business disputes, construction litigation, employment litigation, business torts, False Claims Act litigation, creditor-debtor litigation, personal injury, real property disputes, and hospital lien litigation. Mr. Vasile also has experience in commercial and residential real property transactions, landlord-tenant transactions and the formation of corporate entities.
Mr. Vasile is a member of the Alabama Bar Association and the Huntsville/Madison County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the State of Alabama, the United States District Court for the northern District of Alabama, and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Vasile is also actively engaged in civic affairs. Mr. Vasile currently serves a member of the board of directors for Huntsville Achievement School. He is also a member of the Committee of 100 YP Initiative and Huntsville/Madison County Leadership Connect Class 9.
