Victor Vertner has been a California criminal defense attorney for thirty eight years. He is qualified to argue before State Courts and Federal Courts, including the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Vertner has argued before every Federal District Court in California where he has obtained numerous favorable decisions for his clients.
