About Victoria
Tory Hines has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wake Forest University and a Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law with a specialized certificate in Sustainable Environmental, Energy and Resources Law.
Prior to working at Willamette Family Law, Tory worked as a mediator and project manager for DS Consulting on a wide range of projects in the areas of natural resources, healthcare and workplace mediations. During law school Tory was a Summer Associate for the City of St. Augustine, where she worked along side the Assistant City attorney in prosecuting misdemeanors. Tory is an active member of the Multnomah Bar Association, as well as a volunteer mediator for Multnomah County Small Claims Court and a volunteer attorney for St. Andrew Legal Clinic.
In her free time, Tory is a volunteer coach for the Junior Wheelblazers, a youth wheelchair basketball team that practices weekly in Portland, Oregon and competes regionally.
