About Vincent
Mr. Barbera is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department and a member of the General Commercial Litigation and Reinsurance Practice Groups. He represents individuals and corporate clients in a wide variety of matters involving complex litigation and arbitration.
Mr. Barbera received his B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross in 2006, and his J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law in 2009. While in law school, Mr. Barbera served as the Business/Special Projects Editor for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. His article, Tomorrow Today? Cellulosic Ethanol: How it's Done, Who's Getting it Done, and Its Environmental Impact was published by the Villanova Environmental Law Journal in Volume XX:I. As a member of Villanova's National Trial Team, Mr. Barbera competed in the final trial en route to winning the 2008 Lone Star Classic, a national invitational mock trial tournament. Additionally, Mr. Barbera received the Excellence in Litigation Award in recognition of his achievements in litigation during law school.
Mr. Barbera is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Philadelphia Chapter of the Justinian Society.
