I successfully defended an estate in which a creditor sought to hold the decedent’s homestead liable for the claim. As a result the estate and the personal guarantor were able to settle the debt for far less than its face value.

By word of mouth, and by providing my clients the highest quality legal services in a timely manner and at reasonable fees.

Aside from providing top notch legal services promptly and at a reasonable fee, good communication is key. An attorney should reply to a client’s inquiries promptly and should always keep the client fully informed about the case status.

Knowledge of Florida court rules and substantive law gained through years of experience is essential.

Generally, a free phone consultation is limited to identifying a client’s legal issues and advising the client as to the work needed and our fee.

If there is a document the client has questions about, it can be helpful to provide us a copy of the document beforehand.

In my 25 years of practice, first with large law firms and then as a sole practitioner, I have gained a wealth of experience that enables me to effectively represent my clients in a highly cost effective manner.

Being able to help people with their legal needs.
