About Edward
Edward Voelker has concentrated his practice in the areas of business and real estate law, with emphasis on the concerns of the small business owner. Mr. Voelker’s practice also includes negligence and intentional tort claims, as well as estate planning and administration. In addition to being the President of Voelker & Associates, P.C., Mr. Voelker is the President of Three Rivers Settlement Services, Inc. (a settlement and title agent), and the broker of record of Independence Realty Services, L.P. (a real estate brokerage).
He is admitted to all Pennsylvania State Courts, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Voelker received a joint Juris Doctor/Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, cum laude, and the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
