Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
We recently settled a case for full policy limits at $2,000.000.00 for a dog bite case. The client had significant injuries to her arm. We assisted her in getting medical treatment and filed a lawsuit against the negligent party who owned the aggressive dog. The feeling I get (and our team gets) from helping a person who's in dire need can't be explained with words. It's a feeling that overwhelms the senses, and it's a feeling we strive for everyday with our clients.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
Our team can usually help the potential client determine whether they have a case during the free phone consultation. Sometimes we may need to investigate the claim before being able to determine the viability of a case, but we can typically give the potential client an idea about the strength of their case on the initial phone call.
