Gregory J. Tarone, Esq., has been active in the New York Bar since 1979, practicing in the fields of contracts, estates and trusts, wills, real estate, business, international transactions, and sports at all levels, with extensive experience representing both individuals and businesses as well as managing sim;e to complex cases across state boundaries and national boundaries.

Marisa A. Corvisiero, Esq. founded the Corvisiero Law Firm in 2009. Since then she has achieved incredible success and growth in several practice areas bringing in counsel and staff to continue on its high speed trajectory. The firm now provides a number of practice areas to encompass a comprehensive package of services for existing and new clients. Ms. Corvisiero also represents Authors as a literary agent at Corvisiero Literary Agency. Ms. Corvisiero has held positions in several law firms and companies since 1995 in different capacities. In such positions, she has attained the knowledge and experience necessary to properly and dynamically represent her clients. Her journey includes positions at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, LLP, a top 15 global law firm; Windels, Marx, Lane & Mittendorf, LLP, a white shoe boutique; and Avaya, Inc., a fortune 500 telecommunications company among several distinguished others. ​​She is also the founder of the Corvisiero Literary Agency, where she represents authors works for Publication, as well as Film & TV rights and other sub rights licensing. She is a Producer, Consultant and Speaker in several capacities. Ms. Corvisiero received her Bachelors in Business Administration in International Business and Marketing from Hofstra University in 1995, and her Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law in 2000. She has also earned Pace University School of Law's prestigious International Law Certificate for her studies in International Law. She also held several Board positions on the Student Bar Association for the duration of her legal studies at Pace University School of Law, where she was also the Treasurer of the Environmental Law Society, the Chair of the Social Committee, and the Co-Editor of the Pace University School of Law Year Book in 1999 and 2000. ​ ​Ms. Corvisiero is licensed to practice in the States of New Jersey and New York, and has been in good standing for the duration of her admission to each Bar Association. She belongs to the New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, and the Monmouth County Bar Association. She has received commendations as an Elite Lawyer and Lead Counsel in 2021 and 2022. ​She is fluent in Italian and Spanish, and has some understanding of Portuguese and Japanese.
