Although he has small-town roots, growing up in rural Utah, he graduated at the top percentage of his class from law school in Washington, DC. Since earning his law degree at American University, Kigan has consistently given back to his community by volunteering at middle schools and high schools to help students pursue careers in law, providing Wills for Heroes in Southern Utah, and advocating the Utah Association for Justice. When Kigan is not working away in his office, you may find him hanging off a cliff, rock-climbing. He enjoys outdoor sports, mountain biking, and performing music. He applies every bit of his determination and creativity to his hobbies as he does his work. Kigan is a dedicated advocate. He earned his bachelor’s degree in international relations at Byu. He used that degree to go to the law school in Washington DC, at American University. Since earning his law degree, Kigan has consistently given back to his community by teaching middle school and high school students about the law, volunteering at student Mock Trial competitions, and providing pro bono representation.
