James E. Morris is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Buffalo, Cum Laude, and the University at Buffalo Law School. Mr. Morris has been successfully practicing law in Western New York for more than 25 years. He has achieved the highest rating of “10.0 Superb” by national independent rating service Avvo and “AV Preeminent®” by Martindale-Hubbell.
