About Wendy
Wendy M. Musielak is a partner at Musielak & Rosinski LLC with more than 20 years of experience handling family law matters throughout Illinois. She concentrates her practice on divorce, child custody and parenting time, child support, maintenance and alimony, collaborative law, mediation, prenuptial agreements, litigation, appeals, and complex family law disputes. Wendy earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from DePaul University, graduating with highest honors, before receiving her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2003. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and she was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in 2015. Her professional background also includes serving as a Staff Attorney for the 18th Judicial Circuit Court and as an Adjunct Professor in DePaul University’s Department of Management.
Wendy has built a distinguished record of leadership and service within the Illinois legal community. The DuPage County Bar Association named her Lawyer of the Year in 2013 in recognition of her commitment to the community and local legal organizations, and she has received repeated recognition from Super Lawyers. Wendy has held leadership roles with the DuPage County Bar Association and the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers, and she has been involved with the Illinois State Bar Association, Will County Bar Association, International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois. She has also presented on topics including effective advocacy and communication, child custody and removal matters, contempt proceedings, and discovery.
