Bailey and was able to gain a vast understanding for all areas of law. Ms. Martin has the experience and the compassion to expertly handle any case, and as someone with personal experience with family law matters, she strives to give care and attention to each individual client and their situation. Ms. Martin holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from Faulkner University, a Certificate in Mediation and serves the courts as a Guardian ad Litem.

Ferris Ritchey has over 35 years of experience in a wide range of legal matters with an emphasis on Domestic Relations, Mediation, Collaborative, Probate and Estate Planning. As a domestic relations attorney, Ferris attempts to resolve complicated divorce issues such as custody and property settlement in a manner to avoid litigation if possible. Although parties to a divorce will no longer be husband and wife they will still be Mom and Dad attending their child or children’s school functions, ball games, recitals, other extra-curricular activities, graduations, wedding and more. To posture a case in a way that destroys the family is a disservice that should be avoided. This philosophy bodes well in probate matters also. Ferris works closely with trained and experienced health professionals to assist his clients in navigating the perils of divorce and similar type cases.

Treasure Sutton is an Associate Attorney at Singleton Schreiber, based in the firm’s Birmingham office. Her practice focuses on personal injury and premises liability, where she draws on a strong foundation in trial advocacy and a deep commitment to justice for underserved communities. Treasure brings meaningful experience to her role at the firm, having supported the resolution of over 100 personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, and premises liability claims. She has also gained exposure to serious criminal matters through internships and clerkships, where she assisted in trial preparation, legal research, and client communication. Her background includes working closely with attorneys and judges on a variety of legal issues in both trial and pretrial settings. A graduate of Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, Treasure was a standout member of the National Trial Team, earning accolades including the William J. Peeler Advanced Trial Advocacy Award and the Michael V. Rasmussen Excellence in Trial Advocacy Award. She served as Vice President of the Black Law Students Association and Secretary of the Student Bar Association and participated in a study abroad program at Cambridge University, where she explored global legal systems and human rights issues. Treasure is passionate about community engagement and has served as a community outreach correspondent for her church, Living Stones Temple, a local nonprofit organization. In that role, she helped launch digital platforms and coordinated food distribution efforts for families during the COVID-19 pandemic. She is also an active member of the church, where her dedication to service continues to inform her client-centered approach to legal practice.
