During his career with the Fire Department Mr. Feeley served as the President of FMBA, Local 10 and Local 210, for a combined total of seventeen years. As Union President Mr. Feeley successfully negotiated numerous contracts and handle multiple disciplinary issues and grievances. Mr. Feeley was also a certified instructor in the Essex County Police Academy, where he taught self defense for approximately ten years.
