Mr. Fiscella is a life-long resident of the Chicago-land area. He attended the University of Illinois where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. He later earned his Juris Doctorate Degree at Chicago-Kent College of Law. Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Fiscella worked with another Chicago area defense firm focusing on a variety of criminal matters throughout the country. Mr. Fiscella has defended clients in a number of complex jury and bench trials in federal and state court.
