I have personally done about 80 criminal jury trials. I have either prosecuted or defended thousands of defendants. I might hold a record in New Mexico for the largest number of petit jurors excused "for cause" after voir dire: 54.
I can't promise you that I can wave a magic wand and make everything go away. But the truth is, I have come close to doing just that in the past. I know how the system works. I know what the DA's are doing. If it's possible to do it, I probably CAN do it.
