About William
William J. Gallitto is the firm's managing partner and the leader of the personal injury plaintiff's practice at the firm.
Bill has handled thousands of personal injury cases involving automobile, wrongful death, products liability, medical malpractice and premises liability. In his thirty plus years as a trial lawyer he has tried numerous cases to jury verdict. Bill has obtained five plaintiff's verdicts in excess of one million dollars including a verdict for two million dollars for the wrongful death of a seven year old boy resulting from an automobile accident.
Bill is also the partner who heads the defense of health professionals in both malpractice claims and licensing issues. He appears regularly before State Licensing boards for physicians, nurses and nursing home licensees. In connection with his health care practice, he also defends those professionals charged with criminal offenses by the special prosecutors assigned to the
