Mr. Thomas is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Thomas worked for approximately two years in the litigation department at Morgan, Lewis, and Bockius, a national law firm. Thereafter, he joined a litigation firm in New Jersey and was made a partner in 1989. He and several lawyers created a new firm in 1991. He established and managed the Philadelphia office for that firm. In 1997, Mr. Thomas left private practice to work for the State of New Jersey, first as Senior Counsel to a Supreme Court Committee and later as an Assistant Inspector General in the executive branch of government.
Mr. Thomas’ current practice focuses on estate planning and estate administration, as well as business and real estate sales and acquisitions in addition to business and commercial litigation.
