Business Management, from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, in 1984, and received his Juris Doctorate degree from the USC Gould School of Law in Los Angeles, California in 1988.

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
Over the past year, I successfully structured a client's estate plan, enabling her to qualify for a mortgage to buy a new home. I also assisted a business client in setting up his LLC, including an Operating Agreement, Private Placement Memorandum and Commercial Lease. The company is now up and running generating income.
How did you build a successful practice?
I have developed a successful practice by focusing on building ongoing relationships with my clients - one client at a time. My practice is not transactional-based. My practice is designed to have ongoing relationships with my clients so that they know I am available when additional questions or issues arise.

Outside of my legal profession, my interests include spending quality time with my family, traveling to new destinations, and engaging in boating.
