Sheri D. Coover, Esquire, brings a wealth of experience to her legal practice, having transitioned from public service at the Cumberland County Courthouse to a career in law while raising four children. Born in and raised in south-central Pennsylvania, Isaac has spent his entire education here: graduating from Gettysburg High School, then Harrisburg Area Community College with an associate’s degree in the arts of paralegal studies, and following up with Central Penn Collage obtaining a bachelor’s degree in legal studies. He finished his education at Widener University Commonwealth Law School. While in law school, Isaac successfully completed the business advising program and obtained a business advising certificate. While pursuing his education, Isaac interned at the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, the Dauphin County Bar Association, and the Adams County Public Defender’s Office. Isaac is admitted to practice law before the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as in the Federal District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. Isaac enjoys hiking, gardening, Washington Commanders football, and catching Baltimore Orioles games.
