PERSONAL INJURY
I have represented hundreds of injured people in complex personal injury matters and I have a proven track record of success in both settling and/or litigating personal injury matters. I have handled numerous wrongful death and survival cases, products liability, and medical malpractice cases. I also obtained excellent results for people injured in auto accidents.
CRIMINAL DEFENSE
As a former Asst. Chester County Public Defender and Chester County Conflict Counsel I have litigated hundreds of felonies, misdemeanors, juvenile and criminal appeals in the Chester County Court of Common Pleas. I also served as court appointed counsel in Philadelphia County and as a CJA Panel attorney in Federal District Court. I have also handled numerous criminal cases in Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and Federal District Court, Eastern District of PA as well as Delaware and Montgomery Counties.
