About Winston
Winston Page is one of the founding partners of Lewis & Roberts, P.L.L.C. Mr. Page specializes in the handling of the defense of workers' compensation claims and has been involved in this area of practice for more than twenty years. He has specialized in the defense of complex occupational disease claims including asbestos exposure claims, other occupational lung disease claims, hearing loss, as well as injury claims. He has appeared before the North Carolina Industrial Commission, the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court. Mr. Page was a Deputy Commissioner of the North Carolina Industrial Commission from 1980 to 1989.
Mr. Page is a past member of the Section Counsel of the North Carolina Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Section, is a member of DRI and has been a member of the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys. He has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America for more than ten years and has been included in the North Carolina Super Lawyers listing since 2007. He currently serves on the Utilization Review Committee of the North Carolina Industrial Commission. He previously has served as the liaison for the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys to the Advisory Counsel to the North Carolina Industrial Commission.
