Mr. Bucher has been practicing law in Wisconsin since 1981. His area of practice includes complex litigation, criminal defense, personal injury, government law, open records/open meetings, campaign finance and election law and victim's rights. Previously he was District Attorney of Waukesha County, WI where he handled cases from police executions, murders, sex assault, robbery, narcotics, corruption, traffic, DWI, open records/meetings, elections and numerous other areas. In the Spring of 2023, Attorney Bucher merged his firm with Attorneys Peter Wolff and Ronald Sonderhouse, to form Bucher, Wolff & Sonderhouse, LLP.

Attorney Angela Frozena brings 15 years of diverse experience to serve the people of Kenosha County and eastern Wisconsin. A native of northeastern Wisconsin, Angela graduated from Roncalli High School and received an Honors Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematical Economics from Marquette University. She also graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School. She has not only drafted estate plans, but also administered them as a trust officer and prepared fiduciary income, estate, and gift tax returns. Her years in the financial services industry provided valuable experience both in working with advisors and understanding the inner workings of underwriting, in-force operations, and claims, particularly for long-term care insurance.
