He then attended the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he was awarded his Juris Doctorate in 1996.
After graduating from law school, Reagan returned to Texas, moving to Fort Worth, where he spent one year working as Briefing Attorney for the Honorable David Richards, Associate Justice of the Second Court of Appeals of Texas. After this tenure with Justice Richards, Reagan accepted a position as an associate with our firm.

He has an active criminal trial practice including representing clients in DWI cases, drug cases, fraud cases, sex crimes cases, murder cases, and other aggravated felony cases. In addition to trial work, Reagan dedicates a significant portion of his practice to appellate and post-conviction habeas corpus representation. He has authored briefs and presented oral argument in numerous cases before appellate courts, including, but not limited to, appellate representation of persons convicted of DWI, Narcotics Crimes, Sexual Assault, White Collar Fraud, Murder, and Capital Murder cases where the death penalty was imposed. Reagan has also pursued habeas corpus remedies in both state and federal court on behalf of persons convicted of all levels of crimes, including complicated death penalty litigation.
In 2005 and 2006, Reagan was elected by his peers to be listed in The Best Lawyers in America. He has also been named as a Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly in 2003 and 2005.
