Adam’s practice focuses on family law, personal injury, and civil litigation. Adam’s family law practice focuses on issues such as divorce, child support, alimony, custody, protective orders, modification orders, and paternity actions. Adam helps clients through times of significant family transition through the court and mediation processes. Adam’s personal injury practice focuses on helping clients after car or motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and fall accidents, and medical malpractice claims. Adam has a passion for helping people that have been injured through the careless action of others. Adam’s litigation and settlement practice is focused on helping individuals and businesses resolve disputes and solve problems in a wide range of litigation matters, including business and commercial disputes, real property, trust disputes, torts, and contract disputes. While Adam has significant litigation and trial experience, he also understands the value and benefit of alternative dispute resolution. He understands that litigation is not always the best course of action for his clients, and he works closely with his clients to analyze their needs and desires and to develop a course of action to best further those needs and desires. Mr. Warner is a lifelong resident of Weber County, Utah. He graduated near the top of his class from the University of Utah Law School. He is a member of the Utah State Bar Association and the Weber County Bar Association. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Elder Counsel, organizations devoted to the legal needs of senior citizens, including long term care, medicaid asset protection, estate planning and estate administration. He is a member of the Elder Law and Estate Planning sections of the Utah Bar Association and serves on their Legislative Committee, participating in the oversight of proposed legislation in Utah dealing with estate planning, elder law, probate, guardianships, and related matters. Mr. Warner is admitted to practice law before all Utah state trial and appellate courts, the Federal District Court for the State of Utah, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Warner has had an active litigation practice appearing in most of the trial courts of Northern Utah, the Utah Court of Appeals, the Utah Supreme Court, the Federal District Court and the Federal Court of Appeals. He began his career as an associate with the firm of Young, Thatcher, & Glasmann and later became a partner of Young, Thatcher, Glasmann and Warner where he practiced for several years. Mr. Warner was appointed by Governor Rampton as Chairman of the Utah Public Service Commission where he oversaw the regulation of all utility and transportation companies in the State of Utah. He returned to the private practice of law and ultimately founded the Warner Law Firm in 1996. Mr. Warner was one of the founders of the Weber County Sheltered Workshop (now Enable Utah). He has served as a member of the Utah Gov.'s Committee on Executive Reorganization, a member of the Utah Bar Association Ethics and Discipline committee, a member of the American Inns of Court, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and past president and life time member of the Ogden Gun Club. Mr. Warner is a member of the National Trial Lawyers and has been certified as one of the top 100 trial lawyers in the State of Utah. In 2014, Mr. Warner was selected for membership as one of the 100 best attorneys in the State of Utah by Rue Ratings Best Attorneys of America.

After receiving his B.A. from Brigham Young University, Joseph Jardine studied at the University of Idahos College of Law, graduating with his juris doctor degree and quickly passing bar exams in both Idaho and Utah. With over 100 trials on his resume, Joseph possesses the knowledge and experience necessary to help Farmington and Davis County residents secure the futures they deserve.

Michael is the Managing Partner of Legal. He is also the Principal Broker and President of Security Real Estate, LLC located in Bountiful, Utah, and Vice President of Hepworth Investment Group, LLC, which is a real estate development company.

Prior to joining Hepworth & Murray in 2016, Tyler worked in the Office of General Counsel – International for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he worked on a variety of legal matters ranging from income tax issues, immigration, real estate transactions, and employment matters. Although he enjoyed the comforts of corporate life, Tyler’s real passion is advocacy, whether in the courtroom or the across the negotiation table. Tyler earned his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he received high marks in trial advocacy and was known around school for being a bit of trial junky. While in law school he worked in the public defender’s office as a court-certified law student where he represented three criminal defendants in jury trials before he even graduated. Also during law school, he received expert training in Alternative Dispute Resolution through the nationally ranked Oregon ADR Center. Born and raised in Davis County, Tyler takes advantage of all that Utah has to offer from the great culture and entertainment found in our cities to the amazing outdoor recreation that is only an hour or so away. In his free time, Tyler enjoys being active in his community and spending time with family.

Christopher J. Finley is the Managing Attorney at Finley Law Firm. He practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust dispute law. Chris is motivated by the proactive nature of estate planning and utilizes strategies to bring peace of mind to his clients and prevent court action. His former practice areas include commercial litigation, real estate law, employment law, contract law, collections, and business organization and administration. He has extensive experience as support for complex commercial and civil litigation matters, including claims in such areas as civil RICO, fraud and fraudulent transfer, real estate, medical malpractice, personal injury, and bankruptcy adversary proceedings. I attended college at the University of Utah, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor's degree in English and French. I then attended law school at the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law, graduating in the top third of class with my juris doctorate in 2014. I took and passed the Utah State Bar Exam later that summer, and shortly thereafter I went into private practice, working primarily as family/domestic law litigator and criminal defense attorney. After nearly nine years in family law and criminal defense, I decided to move into practice areas other than family/domestic law. As a result, in November 2023, I was fortunate enough to join the highly esteemed and successful law firm of Goebel Anderson PC, where I am practicing general commercial litigation.

Joseph is a criminal defense attorney and retired U.S. Marine Corps officer. He has been defending the Constitution since 1987. After a 27-year career in the Marines, Joseph retired and attended law school at the S. J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. While in law school, Joseph was heavily involved in the college’s clinical program. Joseph interned in criminal law at the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association, providing public defender services in Salt Lake Justice and District Courts. He also interned in immigration law with Holy Cross Ministries Immigration Law division where he assisted victims of crime to gain legal status in the United States. At Collins Rupp, Joseph provides criminal defense, bankruptcy, and family law services throughout Utah. Joseph represents clients in municipal justice courts and state district courts on matters ranging from simple infractions and misdemeanors to first degree felonies. In addition to his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah, Joseph also holds a Master’s Degree in International Studies from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish from Weber State University. In his “free” time, Joseph enjoys home improvement projects and spending time outdoors. He is also a volunteer attorney at the Veteran’s Legal Clinic at the Salt Lake City VA.
