Representative Experience:

  • General Business: Assisted in the representation of clients in breach of contract actions, actions related to breach of promissory notes, breach of fiduciary duty actions, and general business disputes.
  • Real Estate / Public Entities: Assisted in the representation of claims for damages and injunctive relief against municipality for breach of lease and breach of contract; assisted clients in seeking writ relief against public entities.
  • Real Estate / Commercial & Residential: Assisted in litigating actions involving lease actions, questions of title, easements and boundary disputes, unlawful detainer actions, and actions involving the Subdivision Map Act. Assisted in the defense and/or prosecution of breach of contract actions involving leasehold disputes, claims involving the acquisition of real estate, and claims of construction defect with respect to commercial properties. Assisted in bringing actions for the appointment of a receiver and actions for accounting.
  • Insurance: Assisted in the representation of a real estate investment trust in an insurance coverage dispute over an underlying securities class action case.
  • Tort: Assisted in the representation of clients in business tort issues, including intentional interference with economic advantage, negligence, and inducement of breach of contract.
  • Securities : Assisted in the representation of a real estate investment trust in defending against claims brought by its shareholders following a merger.
