About Yevgeny
Yevgeny Rabinovich is a litigation attorney, concentrating in all areas of litigation, including real estate, wills, estate tort, and negligence cases.
Prior to joining The Law Firm of Hall & Hall, LLP, Mr. Rabinovich practiced extensively in negligence and personal injury litigation, handling cases from inception to trial. He has tried cases in various jurisdictions of New York, including Court of Claims.
Mr. Rabinovich attended Pace University and majored in Finance at the Lubin School of Business. He received his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida in 2010, where he was on the Dean’s List from 2008-2010. While attending St. Thomas, Mr. Rabinovich was a member of the number one Mock Trial team in Florida, winning the coveted 2009 Florida Justice Association Mock Trial Competition. Mr. Rabinovich was also a member of St. Thomas’s prestigious Moot Court team, which competed in the nationally recognized Thurgood Marshall Moot Court Competition, reaching the quarter-finals in 2009.
Mr. Rabinovich is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Florida Justice Association. He is admitted to practice law in the New York and New Jersey state courts, as well as New Jersey federal court.
