About Zebulon

The firm’s most experienced associate, Zeb focuses his practice in the areas of family law, civil litigation, firearm law and firearm restoration of rights, gun trusts, sealing of criminal records and expungements, collections, creditor rights, personal injury litigation, and landlord tenant disputes.  “I focus on what’s important to my clients: achieving a successful result while watching the client’s bottom line.”

Zeb, with years of experience as a trial lawyer, has an advantage as a family law attorney. “My professional experience gives me an edge in the family law courtroom,” says Zeb.  “Also, I think growing up in a home affected by divorce allows me to relate to my clients on a human level.  I have the unique perspective of understanding what it’s like to be a child in the middle of it all.  My personal and professional experience give me an advantage in the courtroom as someone who’s not afraid to fight for my client’s rights, while at the same time being that advocate for my clients and their children.”

Zeb represents a wide variety of clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters.  From landlord-tenant actions to multi-million dollar complex commercial and construction litigation, Zeb has represented clients in all phases of litigation.   “Whether big or small, I represent my clients’ interests with the same intensity and vigor.” Zeb also assists many local businesses –whether community-focused banks, multi-million dollar construction companies, or the largest employer in Logan County – in creditor’s rights actions.  Whether in municipal court on a small claims matter, before common pleas court as trial counsel on a foreclosure, or in federal bankruptcy court fighting for his clients’ assets and interests, Zeb’s services encompass a wide range of creditor rights matters:

Prior to attending law school, Zeb was a fellow in the John Glenn Institute for Public Service and Public Policy, an Intern for United States Senators DeWine and Voinovich, and a Washington, D.C. Intern for Ohio Congressman David Hobson. Zeb also worked as an Aide to State Representative Charles Calvert, Chairman of the Ohio House Finance & Appropriations Committee.

In addition to his law practice, Zeb proudly serves as a member on Bellefontaine’s City Council as the duly elected representative of Bellefontaine’s First Ward.

Consultations are handled on an hourly rate/basis. However, Zeb will waive any initial consultation fee if the client agrees to engage the firm in representation.
