Most of the cases that I have worked on that have received quick approvals have been marriages to a US Citizen, the other types of cases are taking much longer at USCIS. For these marriage cases, I present as much information as I can for the clients' petition initially, going as far as explaining the supplemental documents and photographs, to avoid questions on these documents, so that the interview will go as quickly as possible. I also spend time to extensively prepare the clients' for the interview and what additional documents to bring so that they know exactly what to expect there. I am happy to report that in all of these types of cases, we have received 100% approval rate.

When I'm uncertain about an issue, I would be honest with the client or potential client and tell them that I would look into it and get back to them. And I would always do that, the next time the client hears from me, it would be a definite answer about that issue.

Putting in the work for the client, insisting on providing the documents that they don't want to give, and later, we find out that because of the documents and the work put in ahead of time, what would have been a tough issue gets resolved with USCIS without issue.

I love my cat, although he may not think so sometimes. I enjoy watching TV shows and movies, the nerdy ones that makes me think throughout the show/movie, otherwise, I get bored and stop paying attention. I also enjoy cooking and baking.

Yes, I try to volunteer in the community whenever I can. I provided some Know Your Rights presentations in the community and participated in several immigration clinics.
