Aaron R. Raff, Attorney

Aaron Raff graduated with a B.A. in Chemistry and Criminal Justice in 1999 from Indiana University - Bloomington .  Mr. Raff received his law degree in 2002, magna cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington, where he was selected to join the Order of the Coif and was also a Sherman Minton Moot Court Quarter Finalist in 2000 - 2001.  Mr. Raff concentrates his practice in the area of litigation with a primary emphasis on corporate civil representation, intellectual property litigation, Employee Retirement Income Security Act  (ERISA) litigation, and employment litigation.  He also has litigation experience with insurance defense, personal injury, and family law matters.  Mr. Raff has experience representing clients in Federal and State court, in proceedings before governmental agencies, in arbitration proceedings, and in mediation.
