About Adam
Adam J. Thorpe is an associate in the Firm's Real Estate and Corporate departments. Mr. Thorpe is responsible for the negotiation, drafting and review of various real estate documents including leases, easements, licenses, deeds of trust, subordination agreements and agreements for the acquisition and disposition of property.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Thorpe worked for a real estate development company where he provided assistance with acquisitions, marketing, sales and market analysis. He was also employed by an international law firm in London and Japan and worked with a Japanese market development group, where he created and presented international marketing and business expansion plans to corporations, government agencies and private individuals. In addition, Mr. Thorpe speaks fluent Japanese and has served as a translator for a Japanese travel firm.
Mr. Thorpe received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2000, and his BA in Economics from the University of Utah in 1998. He is admitted to practice in the State of California, and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (Real Estate and Business Sections).
