Aimee L. Stone joined Brackett & Ellis as an associate in June 2007 after practicing with an Amarillo firm for one year and a Fort Worth firm for three years. Ms. Stone has a strong taxation background and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting as well as an LL.M. in Taxation. Ms. Stone's practice consists primarily of estate planning, tax, probate, and business law. She advises clients regarding estate and incapacity planning; federal estate, gift, and income tax issues; probate and trust administrations; and the formation and operation of business entities.
