Kyle is married to Jeanne and they have two sons, two daughters-in law, a granddaughter and Echo the dog, and they enjoy travel, family and cooking.

Shelley graduated from the University of Alabama in 2011 with her Master’s in Social Work. After that, she attended and graduated from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, AL, and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in September 2015. During law school, Shelley gained valuable experience through judicial clerkships, serving as a law clerk for the Honorable J. Greg Shaw, Associate Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court, and the Honorable W. Scott Donaldson of the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals. Immediately following law school, she returned to Tuscaloosa where she spearheaded the development and implementation of a comprehensive criminal pretrial diversion program, which she directed until 2022. At that time, she began practicing law in Birmingham where she developed a diverse litigation practice encompassing local government representation, domestic relations, probate administration, and criminal defense. Although Shelley will continue to practice in these areas, she will be primarily focused on local government and other public entity representation, corporate law, and civil litigation. Shelley lives in the Argo- area of St. Clair County with her fiancé and two kids. Outside of the office, she loves exploring the outdoors through hiking, fishing, gardening, cooking and hosting gatherings for family and friends, and traveling to new places. She is admitted to the practice of law in Alabama and in all of Alabama’s federal district courts.

Sara has litigated a variety of cases across the State of Alabama, including premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, wrongful death and trucking cases. Sara began her legal career as a civil defense attorney and has worked for some of the preeminent litigation firms of the State. She is now excited to have the opportunity to utilize her litigation skills to help those who have been injured and their families. Sara is an adjunct professor of Trial Advocacy at Cumberland School of Law and also serves as a coach for Cumberland School of Law’s nationally ranked mock trial teams.

Treasure Sutton is an Associate Attorney at Singleton Schreiber, based in the firm’s Birmingham office. Her practice focuses on personal injury and premises liability, where she draws on a strong foundation in trial advocacy and a deep commitment to justice for underserved communities. Treasure brings meaningful experience to her role at the firm, having supported the resolution of over 100 personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, and premises liability claims. She has also gained exposure to serious criminal matters through internships and clerkships, where she assisted in trial preparation, legal research, and client communication. Her background includes working closely with attorneys and judges on a variety of legal issues in both trial and pretrial settings. A graduate of Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, Treasure was a standout member of the National Trial Team, earning accolades including the William J. Peeler Advanced Trial Advocacy Award and the Michael V. Rasmussen Excellence in Trial Advocacy Award. She served as Vice President of the Black Law Students Association and Secretary of the Student Bar Association and participated in a study abroad program at Cambridge University, where she explored global legal systems and human rights issues. Treasure is passionate about community engagement and has served as a community outreach correspondent for her church, Living Stones Temple, a local nonprofit organization. In that role, she helped launch digital platforms and coordinated food distribution efforts for families during the COVID-19 pandemic. She is also an active member of the church, where her dedication to service continues to inform her client-centered approach to legal practice.

David Bence is a native of Alabama who has a busy law practice in Phenix City, the town where he grew up. David completed his undergraduate studies at Troy University, where he received a B.S. in Business in 2004. He then worked for a time before deciding to pursue a career in law. David enrolled at Jones School of Law where he received his J.D. in 2008. He then went to work in the Auburn office of the Slocumb Law Firm, where he concentrated on representing individuals who have been injured. After a few years, David decided to launch his own firm with a goal of providing clients superior legal service and a commitment to seeking maximum compensation for them. He opened the Bence Law Firm LLC in Auburn and later decided to move the law practice to his hometown of Phenix City. Holly earned her undergraduate degree from Brandeis University near Boston, where she played collegiate soccer and captained the team to three NCAA tournament appearances. She later moved with her family to Alabama and obtained her J.D. from Jones School of Law. After graduation, Holly began her career in personal injury law before relocating to Indiana to support her husband’s active-duty military service. During that time, she became licensed to practice in Indiana (now retired). With her husband’s final duty station at Fort Benning, she returned to Alabama and joined David at Bence Law Firm. Holly is licensed to practice in Alabama and Georgia and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama, as well as the Middle District of Georgia. Tommy Siniard is a Huntsville personal injury lawyer with more than forty years of experience.
