Bob has practiced law since 1995. He grew up in Hartselle, Alabama and graduated from Hartselle High School in 1987. He received an undergraduate degree in 1990 from the University of Alabama and his law degree from the University in 1995. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in September of 1995. Prior to law school, Bob served U. S. Senator Richard Shelby as Campaign Finance Director. While in law school, he was legal research assistant to Dean Charles Gamble, author of McElroy’s Alabama Evidence. He served as Vice-president of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. Bob was selected for publication in the Alabama Trial Lawyer’s Journal. His article entitled, “Making the Internet an Indispensable Part of Case Evaluation and Investigation” appeared in the Fall 1999 edition. He had previously delivered this topic at the 1999 ATLA Annual Summer Seminar. Bob was also appointed to be co-chair of the Automobile Law subcommittee of the American Bar Association. He served on the Executive Committee of the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association and moderates an online discussion group for Alabama Trial Lawyers.

Mark Wolfe is a partner with Boteler Richardson Wolfe – Injury Lawyers in Mobile, Alabama. Since 1987, Mark has worked specifically in the area of personal injury law, with particular expertise in wrongful death, motor vehicle crash cases, on the job injuries, defective products and life insurance claims. He has successfully litigated hundreds of personal injury cases to verdict and recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. Mark received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1983 from the University of Alabama, followed by his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School Of Law. He has practiced law since 1987. Mark is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocate Forum. (Membership in these organizations require a verdict or settlement on a case over one million dollars or over two million dollars.) He has attained Advocate status through the American Association of Justice College of Advocacy and Mark has been inducted into the prestigious Academy of Trial Advocacy. He has been recognized as one of the Top 100 trial attorneys in Alabama by the American Trial Lawyers Association. Mark is also a frequent Continuing Legal Education (CLE) instructor in the areas of litigation, trial strategy and practice management with more than 200 hours of teaching credits. In addition he has had numerous articles published in national and regional law journals on a wide variety of litigation issues. Mark has achieved an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell’s peer review rating service and has been classified as a Super Lawyer ® by Lexis/Nexis. Mark supports numerous charities and community organizations. In 2005, he received the Outstanding Public Service Award from Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) for his advocacy work on behalf of drunk driving victims. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors for Prodisee Pantry, the Gulf Coast’s largest food pantry program. Mark lives in Daphne and is married to Kelly Langan Wolfe. They have two daughters (Lesley and Alli) and one son (Mitchell).

One of the best cross-examinations I have ever heard was done by Ralph Hornsby, Jr. He and Bud Watson were trying a highly publicized nursing home case. The courtroom was full of spectators every day. Law firms were sending summer interns and associates to watch because of the high level of trial skills on both sides and because of the expected verdict. Ralph, Jr. was cross-examining the manager of the nursing home. He knew she had six points of vulnerability. He hit them. He was gentlemanly, but he was forceful. It was really a professional job. When the case was over, a verdict of over five million dollars came and Bud Watson left a copy of that cross-examination transcript in Ralph, Jr.s’ office chair with a note that he should save it for his grand kids. That was early in Ralph, Jr.’s career with the firm. He is not much older than I am and had graduated with a great record from the University of Alabama, School of Law, only a few years before I did but he was handling high level litigation and doing it with real skill. Things seem to come easy to Ralph, Jr. He has a great personality and nearly always gets more in negotiations than others might because he has such a great way of interacting with people. Ralph, Jr. and I have tried a number of cases together and that personality is always an asset with the Court and with jurors. Ralph has achieved seven figure results in numerous negotiations but more importantly he has had that happen many times in court. It’s not just personality though. Ralph, Jr. is a great student of the law and, as that cross-examination demonstrated, a highly competent trial lawyer. He is a graduate of the National College of Trial Advocacy, he’s been inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates, and has been selected into Super Lawyers. But even more significant in this business, Ralph, Jr. really cares about his clients and wants to help them. That’s the part about him I most want to emulate. Ralph graduated high in his class at the University of Alabama, School of Law in 1992. Ralph, Jr. is a member of the Alabama State Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association and the Alabama Association for Justice. He also serves as a Barrister in the Madison County American Inns of Court. Ralph is married to Betty. They have twin girls and a son.

Matt White is a native of Montgomery, Alabama. He graduated from Auburn University in 1990 with a degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Marketing. Matt earned his law degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 1994 and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar that same year. After graduating law school Matt served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit of Alabama. While working as an Assistant District Attorney Matt tried many cases to verdict and gained invaluable courtroom experience. In 1999, Matt and his family moved to Auburn and joined the firm of Walker, Hill, Adams, Umbach, Meadows & Walton and began practicing general civil litigation. Matt wass a founding partner in the Adams, White, Oliver, Short & Forbus, LLP firm which formed in 2002. In 2021, Matt started his own practice which specializes in Workers Compensation law, Employment Law, and general civil litigation. Matt's office is located in Opelika, Alabama, which is the sister city to Auburn, Alabama and is located in East Central Alabama. Matt handles cases throughout East Central Alabama which includes the following counties: Lee County, Chambers County, Russell County, Tallapoosa County, Montgomery County, Macon County and Randolph County.
