Questions & Answers
Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
A young woman who was involved in a serious car accident with a bad fracture to her knee was unable to work for well over a year. She lived alone and had little resources to fall back on. As a result, she was in despair and felt her life had been ruined. I quickly moved her case through the pre-trial discovery proceedings and arranged a prompt mediation and got her an excellent settlement which enabled her to get back on her feet and move forward with her life. She was extremely grateful.
