About Alanna

Alanna Ellen Martinsky joined Hixson & Daniels, PLLC in 2007 as a law clerk while she was attending law school. After graduating cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith, where she received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in Psychology, Alanna continued her education at the University of Arkansas, School of Law in 2005. While attending law school, Alanna was active in many student organizations, was President of the school’s Honors Legal Fraternity, Phi Delta Phi, and was Secretary/Treasurer of the Board of Advocates, which is the organization responsible for organizing intra-school competitions. Alanna made the Dean’s List every semester she attended law school, and graduated in May of 2008. Alanna passed the Arkansas Bar in the Fall of 2008, and at that time became an Associate at Hixson & Daniels, PLLC.

Because of her background in psychology, Alanna is primarily focused in the areas of Family law, including divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, alimony and spousal support. Alanna can relate to clients facing divorce or other difficult family law matters. Alanna is especially sensitive to the needs of women who are seeking a divorce, but is also an advocate of fathers rights for those men facing the same situation. Alanna also practices in the area of estate planning, wills, and trusts, personal injury, real estate, and employment law.
