About Albert
Albert H. Petajan currently serves in an of-counsel capacity with the firm. Beginning in the 1960s Al worked with the late Pat Brigden, representing employer interests. In 1977 they formed Brigden & Petajan, S.C. with a singular focus; representation of employers in labor matters. First admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 1961, Attorney Petajan has advised and represented numerous clients across the country, with a primary focus on traditional labor relations and wage & hour law. During his career he has helped employers resolve bitter labor disputes and has personally negotiated countless labor agreements.
Education and Bar Admissions
Attorney Petajan received his undergraduate degree in 1956 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his law degree from Marquette University in 1961. In addition to his admission to practice before all state courts in Wisconsin, Al is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. He remains a member of State Bar of Wisconsin and its Labor and Employment Law Section.
