About Albert

Albert Lee Rodriguez III was born and raised in Brownsville, Texas. After graduating from St. Joseph Academy in 1992, he attended The University of Texas at Austin where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government in 1996. Mr. Rodriguez worked closely with government officials throughout his time at the University as a special assistant to the Vice Chancellor of Governmental Relations for the University of Texas System in Austin, Texas. Thereafter, Albert gained invaluable insight into many areas of law while he worked for the Texas Attorney General's Office, a County Court at Law Judge in Cameron County, and as an Administrative Law Judge for the Texas Workforce Commission in Austin. Albert attended law school at The University of Texas School of Law. He graduated from U.T. Law in 2003.

Mr. Rodriguez began his career as an attorney at the Cameron County District Attorney's Office as the Domestic Violence Prosecutor for all of Cameron County. Mr. Rodriguez reviewed and filed thousands of misdemeanor criminal cases. In addition, he represented the State in all matters handled by the District Attorney's Office, counseled and discussed cases with probation officers, law enforcement officials, victims, and witnesses, handled all necessary pre-trial matters including plea-bargain/sentencing negotiations, and prepared cases for trial.

Mr. Rodriguez believes that representation of the client is the cornerstone of the practice of law. He subscribes to ideals of honesty, client communication, and client satisfaction in order to achieve the best possible outcome for the client.
