Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

In my immigration practice almost on a weekly basis I am able to help individuals secure their United States Residency or US citizenships. Most clients are extremely grateful for my legal assistance.

How did you build a successful practice?

I built a successful practice by having faith in God, working hard everyday for my clients and by being truthful and honest with them.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

One should look to make sure the lawyer is confident in his abilities, knows the law, stays current on the law, and above all, is honest and truthful with his clients. You do not want to hire an attorney that only tells you what you want to hear.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

Local knowledge is quite important as you have a good ideal how to handle the cases that you are working on based on how "things are run" around here.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

I can provide the client a brief assessment of their case over the telephone but in reality, in order to properly evaluate the client\'s case, one needs a more formal appointment.

What information do you need in a free phone consultation?

Name, a good telephone number and the nature of their phone call.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

I am honest and hardworking. It is not just about earning money. It is important that I really help the client and not just take his money.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

Knowing that my legal efforts have made a lasting difference in people's lives.

What are your other interests in addition to law?

Playing golf, reading books and magazines, watching movies, hiking with my family and family cookouts.

Are you involved in your community?

Somewhat. I do sometimes volunteer for free legal clinics.
