Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
PERSONAL INJURY- in the last years we were able to recover 1.7 million for clients IMMIGRATION- we were able to prevent unnecessary deportation and for nearly all clients and reschedule hearing dates far into the future
How did you build a successful practice?
We built our practice by focusing completely on the needs of each and every client as if they are a member of our family
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Clients should seek a well educated and experienced attorney that makes them feel comfortable that they can talk to.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Local knowledge is extremely important to the client's case
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
I can give potential clients advice, procedural information as well as the strengths and weaknesses of their case. Each one is different but it helps to get an experienced point of view as well as hiring an attorney is an important decision.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
In our conversation I need an overall and clear story of what occurred or called them to contact me.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I think that there are many great attorneys in our community, but I would say that I will go above and beyond for my clients, also I am aggressive and will get the job done. I have many years of litigation and dealing with insurance companies.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
It is rewarding to return a settlement to the client which is far more than they may have been expecting.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
I enjoy reading, cycling, traveling and studying the latest legal trends
Are you involved in your community?
I am greatly involved in my community with the Peggy Adams Animal rescue, Palm Beach County Bar, as well as the American Bar Association and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
