About Alison
Alison K. Shea is an associate in the firm's real estate and commercial transactions practice group. Alison assists the firm's clients by participating in all aspects of the purchase and sale of commercial, industrial, raw land and multi-family properties including negotiation and preparation of the purchase and sale agreement, due diligence review, negotiation of financing documents (including issuance of legal opinion letters) and the closing. Alison regularly negotiates and prepares office, retail, industrial, residential, and ground leases, covenants, conditions and restrictions, easements, condominium documents, operating agreements and licensing agreements. Alison assists clients with all aspects of real estate financing including assisting multi-family borrowers in HUD insured loans. In additional to real estate transactions, Alison represents clients in various corporate transactions including creation of corporate entities, stock purchase agreements, and corporate buy-outs.
Alison received her B.S. in General Business, from the University of Arizona in 1994 and earned her J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1997 where she was a member and Research Editor of the Arizona Law Review. Alison was admitted to practice in Arizona in 1997 and California in 2003.
