Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 1999. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Economics from M.D. University Rohtak, India, and a Master's degree in Business Finance from M.S. University of Baroda, India. While in law school, Mr. Kanu gained invaluable experience working as a law clerk for the Presiding Judge of the 54th District Court in Lansing, Michigan, and with the California Attorney General's Office in the Licensing Division. Mr. Kanu handled cases dealing with license revocations of registered nurses, pharmacists, dentists, general contractors, auto mechanics, and others. Mr. Kanu was admitted to the practice of law in October 2001 by the Arizona Supreme Court. Since then, Mr. Kanu has focused on immigration law and related matters. He has represented individuals from at least 20 different countries in immigration and related matters. Richard C. Gramlich focuses his practice on Business, Real Estate and Construction Litigation, Insurance Bad Faith, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, and Product Liability. Mr. Gramlich was the lead counsel for the Scottsdale “W” Hotel’s construction defect and delay claim. Mr. Gramlich achieved the largest per home verdicts in Arizona for damage caused by expansive soil.1 He has successfully tried Business Tort, Personal Injury, Product Liability, and Insurance Bad Faith actions resulting in significant recoveries, and has earned the nickname “Bulldog” by many of his clients. Mr. Gramlich graduated from the University of Arizona in Business Administration, Finance and Real Estate, cum laude, in 1989 and from the Arizona State University College of Law, in the top third of his class, in 1992. He has been practicing law for the last 25 years in both State and Federal Court.

Doug Zanes has built a career practicing law in Arizona. He is a Phoenix personal injury lawyer, as well as a Tucson car accident attorney. Doug is only licensed to practice law in Arizona and only represents clients in Arizona. He is not licensed to practice law in Washington State or any other state in the U.S. Doug also practices law in the United States District Courts within Arizona and within the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Doug spent many years defending clients charged with federal crimes and also defended clients accused of violating U.S. immigration laws. He is the founder and owner of Zanes Law Group, PLLC. His firm focuses on representing injury victims in Arizona. He is most comfortable in the courtroom, acting as an unyielding advocate for his clients. Outside court, Marc prides himself on being to provide direct and knowledgeable advice to his clients, especially in legally and factually complex matters, so that they are able to make informed decisions about their case and appropriately weigh their options. However, when Marc isn’t busy eviscerating an opposing party on cross-examination or planning his strategy from the trenches, he is enjoying an otherwise calm life with his wife and two children.

Ellis McGehee Carter is a nonprofit lawyer licensed to practice in Washington and Arizona and advising tax-exempt organizations on federal tax matters nationwide. Ellis exclusively represents nonprofit, tax-exempt, and mission-based businesses with respect to corporate, tax, and regulatory matters as well as donors with respect to major gifts. Ellis spent 13 years practicing nonprofit corporate and tax law with large firms, forming Caritas Law Group (formerly Carter Law Group) in 2010.

Brad represents primarily small businesses, and so he practices primarily in the areas of law that small businesses need.
